Rich in lactic acid, yogurt helps exfoliate dead skin cells, while honey and turmeric serve as anti-inflammatory agents to brighten an uneven skin tone. And since yogurt is stored in the fridge, it will have a cooling effect on your face.

To make: Combine one tablespoon each of turmeric, yogurt, and honey. Mix into a paste and apply to the skin, leaving it on for no more than ten minutes to avoid staining the skin.

Avocado Banana and Honey Mask for Dry and Dehydrated Skin

Anti-inflammatory honey combines with hydrating banana and avocado which is rich in healthy fats and oils, giving your skin a glowy, soothed appearance. Plus, these ingredients are usually in everyone’s kitchen, so this is the easiest mask to whip up in a flash!

To make: You’ll need one banana, one avocado, and one tablespoon of honey. Mash the banana and avocado, and then mix together. Add in a tablespoon of honey and mix again until fully incorporated. Apply the mask onto clean skin using fingertips and leave for at least 10 minutes, if not longer for dehydrated skin. Wash off with warm water.
