Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Callyssee will only refund or exchange any unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase.

Customers who purchase products from our Callyssee website may return them by mail to 15767 NW 16^th Ct, Miami, FL 33169. Please call 1 (844) 331-1224 for more details. Callyssee products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.
